Forward head

This problem arises only in case of the hunched back position. So the only way out is to sit straight and try some exercises. This is the best remedy for the forward head and will surely prove beneficial to you.

Low shoulders 

The reason of low shoulders can be wrong posture and can cause a lot of discomfort if proper attention is not given. Shoulder pain is yet another problem to be faced so you need to make changes in your posture by keeping the shoulders straight.

Lower back

It can be caused due to continuous sitting which can have adverse effects on your health. To overcome the same you need to keep the back straight such that your shoulders appears to be stretched. This is surely the right way to get rid of the lower back as things can worsen with time, However if you are feeling your posture isn’t correct, you can also try the posture corrector which are known for quickly healing your body.
