Sleep on the back:

Try to sleep on the back and let the spine rest for a very long time. Some individuals may put pillow beneath both arms to relieve the pressure from the shoulders. Individuals who are facing the scourge of arthritis find that the sleeping in an inclined position is quite easy. Bending the head on phone is a bad habit that is to be avoided at all cost. It can not only cause pain but also nerve disorder from a long term perspective. If the posture persists for a long time, it can also cause tremendous pain in the neck.
