  1. Sitting straight is quite challenging for me even if I wanted to maintain a good posture. With age comes more challenges such as poor eyesight which makes me lean closer to my monitor. But I try to compensate this shortcoming by stretching. I make sure to stand or walk every 30 mins and it really helps a lot. I’ll take note of the other effective ways you have mentioned.
